Saint Vincent's February 2012 Important Dates

Catholic Schools Week: Many activities are planned during the week. Visit our website to get a
list of events. Week of Jan 30 through February 4th.

Open House: Tuesday, February 1st from 5:30 p.m to 7:00 p.m. Please tell your friends about our
great school and visit it during the open house.

Literacy Night: For Saint Vincent students and their families. February 1st at 6:30 p.m. Author
and guest speaker, Ann Cannon will speak in the gym. At 7:00 pm. Students can visit all
classrooms (which will be set up in a different genre) to do reading activities.

Science Fair: Wednesday, February 1st at St. Vincent’s Holy Family Hall

Auction News: The “Old Time Barn Dance” Auction was held on February 11, 2012. Silent Auction begins
at 5:30 p.m. We hope all parents can try to attend this fundraiser. It is sure to be a great evening. If you
cannot attend, please try to purchase raffle tickets or donate an item for our live or silent auctions.

NO SCHOOL: Monday, February 20th (Presidents Day).

All School Mass (Ash Wednesday) February 22nd at 9:00 a.m.

2nd Grade First Reconciliation February 16th at 6:30 p.m.

Middle School Dance: Friday, February 10th from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at Blessed Sacrament.

New Student Registration: Due February 17th. Acceptance notification will beginning on February 29th.

St. Vincent’s Diocesan Science Fair: Will be held on February 25th from 8-12 a.m. All parents welcome to
come during that time to view the Science Fair projects.
