Summer Fun Camp Registration Form

There is a $35 registration fee due by May 26th.
$125 per week...you may choose weeks you want...no part-time discount.
We will be closed July 5th and 23rd. (these weeks will be $100)

The weeks will follow a similar format with...
Easy Mondays
Crafty Tuesdays
Wet Wednesdays
Project Thursdays
Fun Fridays!

The daily routine will include free choice, activities related to theme, morning snack, outside play,
lunch (bring your own), quiet down time, activities, afternoon snack. We will inform you of any field trips as it gets closer to the date.

Payment will be every Monday morning at drop off with cash or check.
If you would like to pre-pay the whole summer that works too!
Please let me know which weeks your child plans to attend so we can better staff the program.

You will receive a detailed monthly calendar with daily activities.
