Missoula Children’s Theatre “Pinocchio”

NOTE:  IF YOUR CHILD MAKES THE CAST…PARENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH CHAPPERONING, TICKET SALES, PROGRAM, ADVERTISING, MAKEUP OR CLEANUP FOR 1 SHIFT.

There are roles for St. Vincent students of all ages (kindergarten through 8th grade) regardless of skill or experience.  Approximately 50-60 children will be cast.  There is no guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast in the play, although additional positions will be available for assistant directors, lighting and stage crew members. The Missoula Children’s Theatre is sponsored St. Vincent’s School and school staff is in no way involved in the selection process. 

Students wishing to audition need to be ready at 3:30 and plan to stay for the entire two-hour session.  No advance preparation is necessary, and no prior acting experience necessary.  Some parts will begin rehearsal at 6:00 pm on Monday after tryouts. If your child wishes to audition please note that they must have a clear schedule for the entire week. Rehearsals are every day 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  If selected students must attend all rehearsals required for their role.  A detailed rehearsal schedule will be distributed at the conclusion of the auditions as well as a parent sign up for service list.

The Performance will be held Saturday, March 27th  at 3:00 p.m and 7:00 p.m.  ALL CAST MEMBERS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH SCHEDULED PERFORMANCES.
